The module is provided with a complete set of dictionaries for:
painting materials, insulation materials, piping components surfaces
and the most used standard coatings.

module performs the calculation of surfaces and material quantity
necessary for painting and insulation. The calculation is based
on the Project Line list data (i.e. temperatures and coating types)
